Ultima-Ment 50 is an unapproved anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) made by the illegal underground laboratory, Ultima Pharmaceuticals. The product contains trestolone acetate, also known as 7α-methyl-19-nortestosterone (MENT), at a concentration of 50mg/ml. Trestolone acetate was developed for medical purposes, but was never legally marketed.
- Rapid muscle growth: MENT is associated with significant and fast gains in muscle size and strength.
- Increased drive and intensity: Users often report enhanced confidence, drive, and intensity.
- Minimal aromatization (relative to its potency): Some sources claim that trestolone aromatizes less than testosterone, which can reduce the risk of certain estrogen-related side effects. However, some users still experience estrogenic effects.
- Fast-acting: The acetate ester makes Ultima-Ment 50 a fast-acting compound, which allows for quick adjustments and rapid results.
- Hormonal suppression: MENT is known to be a potent suppressor of natural testosterone and luteinizing hormone (LH) production.
- Estrogenic effects: Side effects such as water retention, elevated blood pressure, and gynecomastia are possible, even with MENT’s lower aromatization rate relative to its high potency.
- Cardiovascular strain: Users are at risk for elevated blood pressure and negative changes in cholesterol levels.
- Liver health: While less hepatotoxic than oral steroids, liver markers and health can be negatively affected.
- Other side effects: Acne, mood swings, and disrupted sleep are also commonly reported.
