How to place an order? offers a wide-ranging catalog of products from the best laboratories for steroids. You should be able to find a suitable product of your choice with ease.

  • Products are classified by product range, manufacturer, and product name.
  • Once you’ve chosen your preferred search, returns products or packs matching your search. For example, for oral steroids, offers more than 12 products.
  • Clicking on an image brings up a detailed page for the product, with product description and specification. If you’d like to order this product, click on « Add to Basket ».
  • Add your selected products to your basket. The basket will update with the order totals.
  • Once you’ve completed your selections, return to your basket and click on « Submit Order ».
  • An order form with your details and a summary of your order will be presented.

I wasn’t home when the package arrived? What do I do ?

If you haven’t received your package due to a failed delivery, please get in touch with, or visit, your local post office to pick it up.

I’ve received a different product from the one I ordered

We’re sorry to hear that. In which case, contact our client support with your order number and explain the situation. Our client support will reply within 24 hours and will address the situation with the minimum of delay.
Please file the complaint as soon as possible and do not throw away the package packaging cover or the products received.
We will do whatever is necessary to correct the situation.

I’ve received my order, but a product is damaged

If despite our care in preparing your package for delivery, a product arrives in a damaged state, you can take a photo of it and send the photo with an email explaining the situation to our client support, who will replace the product without delay.

Please note that this offer applies only to clients who have paid for the optional « Guarantee of delivery »

My package has been sent, but it’s not progressing.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handled by multiple delivery companies across several countries. Your package will therefore have a number of different tracking numbers associated with it. We will send you the final tracking number. If your order status is unchanged, this simply indicates that your package is in tranist, but hasn’t yet received its final tracking number.

A logistics team monitors the progress of all our packages, you will be informed if an anomaly or a setback occurs.

My tracking number isn’t working

A delay of 24 hours for the tracking number to become active is normal.

It is normal to wait for the parcel to pass a checkpoint, the status will be updated.

What are expected delivery times?

All orders placed on before 15:00, Monday to Friday (except holidays), will be prepared and dispatched the same day, subject to confirmation of payment.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Time for delivery to Europe is typically between 2 and 4 working days, and between 3 and 7 working days for the rest of the world.

Deliveries to such places as the islands of Guadeloupe, French Guyana, Martinique, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Reunion, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis or Futuna can experience delays in delivery.

Orders for Military postal addresses are accepted.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

All our stocks for all products are managed real-time. If a product is temporarily out of stock, our catalog will make that clear on its product page. The system will ensure that you won’t be able to order a product that is out of stock.

In the rare case of a momentary disruption in availability, we advise our clients to choose an equivalent product from a different manufacturer, all of whom share the same high quality.

What happens if my package is seized by customs?

Please note that will not be held responsible in the case of seizure, breakage or loss. However you have the option to take out a « delivery guarantee » in which case the order will be re-despatched immediately, no questions asked, in the case of customs seizure or loss. The delivery company’s tracking record provides the necessary proof. In the case of breakage, damaged products will be re-despatched immediately, once you provide a photo of the broken damage in its original packaging.

When will my order arrive?

Once your payment is received, we prepare and dispatch your order within 48 hours. The time to delivery will depend upon various factors including for example the method of delivery, the chosen warehouse, the efficiency of the destination country’s postal service, time to clear customs, international transport, etc. As such we can only give an approximate time based on our statistics and experience, which is to say that we would expect your package to arrive within seven days.

All our dispatches have a tracking number and you can follow your order’s progress through each of its stages until delivery.

Why hasn’t my order still not been dispatched?

Before despatching your order, we need to receive confirmation of payment. Once you’ve made your payment, please fill in the payment confirmation form and to send it with the required information.

Once confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch within 48 hours.
